There, in addition to analyzing credit documents, advising noteholder groups, guiding debtors and boards of directors through the bankruptcy process and negotiating and drafting plans of reorganization, he litigated interest accrual entitlements, claims objections and the limits of impairment. Working closely with the corporate practice, Ephraim also advised banks and lenders on complex structured products and lending transactions.

Stimler is fluent in English, Hebrew and Yiddish. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Stimler was company Director at London Green Capital, a prolific debt origination firm he founded in 2015. In his various roles, Mr. Weiser has handled tens of billions of dollars of successful transactions. As President of GFI Realty, Mr. Weiser has taken his unique and broad experience and built teams with deep market knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the capital stack. Whether it’s the NYC-focused team, groups focused on nationwide Multi-Family, retail and industrial assets, or The Net-Lease Team, GFI Realty’s experienced brokers are equally at home with institutional owners as well as private owners across the country.
