They ensure their clients pay the proper rate and tax, find errors, compile and catalogue the data, obtain credits/refunds, and make sure clients water bills are lower going forward. Argen also offers clients comprehensive utility management including three utility billing methods so MF owners can control tenant water over-consumption. They can install or retrofit submetering systems in new and existing properties. Last but not least, Argen provides clients with a water conservation program that addresses tenant habits, building equipment, and staff monitoring. Across a portfolio, their program is able to spot and resolve problems in 50% of properties.
