As the President of GFI Realty Services, Michael Weiser manages Investment Sales, Debt & Equity Teams. Mr. Weiser began his career as a Commercial Mortgage Banker and subsequently played a major role in the acquisition and disposition of GFI Capital's national real estate investment portfolio as the firm's Managing Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions. In that capacity, Mr. Weiser handled the acquisition and disposition of over 35,000 Multi-Family units across the country - from New York to Kansas City, and from Houston and Dallas to Savannah, GA. In his various roles, Mr. Weiser has handled tens of billions of dollars of successful transactions. As President of GFI Realty, Mr. Weiser has taken his unique and broad experience and built teams with deep market knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the capital stack. Whether it’s the NYC-focused team, groups focused on nationwide Multi-Family, retail and industrial assets, or The Net-Lease Team, GFI Realty’s experienced brokers are equally at home with institutional owners as well as private owners across the country. The team has been honored as CoStar's Power Broker for the NYC market and Crains Best Places to Work NYC. Recently, his team was honored as one of the CoStar Power Brokers for the OH Market.

Known in the industry for his strong analytical skills, keen insight and negotiation expertise, Mr. Weiser is able to channel his broad knowledge into successful closings for GFI Realty's clients.

Mr. Weiser received his BS in accounting from Brooklyn College. He serves on the Boards of numerous educational and charitable organizations and currently resides in Brooklyn NY with wife and children.
