Motti Shapira is the Vice President of Residential Management, and leads the day-to-day operations of the company, including acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations. Mr. Shapira began his career in 2004 in real estate business, focusing on value-added acquisitions of apartment complexes in New York City. Since then, he has successfully developed an extensive record of accomplishment and established himself as an active investor in the Multi-Family industry. Mr. Shapira presently operates 4,000 apartments on behalf of Daejan Holdings, a U.K.-based REIT, and an additional 2,500 apartments via his direct ownership. His portfolio spans 22 communities in seven different markets on the East Coast, all which are under his management. Those assets experienced revenue growth of 25% soon after takeover. Mr. Shapira continues to expand his holdings via his strong work ethic, collaboration, and a long-term vision of excellence in the Multi-Family industry.
