Meir Fried is Co-Founder and CEO of Lightwater Capital together with partner Joe Wasser. Together, the two put their experience and relationships to work for the savvy real estate investor. In their first few years at Lightwater Capital, they have already successfully closed more than $325,000,000 in assets.
Mr. Fried and Mr. Wasser are also partners in the J. Wasser & Co real estate management firm. Together, they led J. Wasser & Co from startup in 2007 to NYC prestige in just over a decade. They successfully managed and/or acquired over $600 million in diverse Multi-Family real estate assets, including the historic turnaround of several severely distressed portfolios.
