FBE Limited LLC is the private investment firm of the Fruchthandler family. Managing members are Mr. Abraham H. Fruchthandler and Mr. Yehoshua Leib Fruchthandler. FBE has a diversified investment portfolio of real estate and alternative investments, including hedge funds and private equity. FBE also sponsors a hedge fund registered with the SEC and accepts investments from outside investors. FBE’s holdings include interests in office, industrial and Multi-Family properties in the New York metropolitan area and southeastern US. FBE also engages in ground-up development. The portfolio includes Industry City, a mixed use property totaling approximately six million SF. FBE also actively operates and manages a Multi-Family portfolio of approximately 6,000 apartments in NYC, Florida and Alabama. Recently FBE co-developed and manages a 200,000 SF apartment building in Brooklyn. A second 60,000 SF building was completed in 2022.
