Andrew Brown is an Executive Director of the Sunbelt Multi-Family Advisory Group in the Birmingham office of Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Brown helps lead the firm’s Multi-Family brokerage activities in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida Panhandle.
Mr. Brown started with Multi Housing Advisors in 2015 before the company was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in June 2016. Since then, Mr. Brown has been involved in selling 500 apartment communities with a total of over 89,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $8.9 billion. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker since 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Auburn University.
