Steven Neuman is a founding principal at Coltown Properties LLC. Mr. Neuman directs Coltown’s policies relating to asset management and oversees all aspects of Coltown’s activities, including its investment strategies and acquisitions. Mr. Neuman has been actively involved in purchasing and repositioning Multi-Family properties in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Tennessee and North Dakota since 2000.
Prior to founding Coltown, Mr. Neuman practiced law for five years as a member of the real estate group at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. His practice included the development of hotel, retail, entertainment and mixed-use properties, sales and acquisitions of major properties and multi-property portfolios, financing of construction and mortgage loans, and joint venture work on behalf of equity investors in commercial property investments. He received his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Johns Hopkins University.
