Maybe you’re still bullish?  Or, maybe not.  If you are playing defense, how do you prepare for it?  Once the correction arrives, what can a MF owner do (besides drop rent prices)?  What costs can you control?  What can you ask for in a downturn?  How do you hedge in an unpredictable market?  How do you mitigate inflation risk and still grow?
